Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Bought in the app, Apple charges the account within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Bought here, Paddle — our merchant of record, who also sends the receipt and handles VAT — charges the card on the renewal date. A free trial ends the moment you subscribe to the same plan.
Cancelling
Where you bought it is where you cancel it. Bought in the app: on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cathedra. Bought here: your account page → Manage subscription. Either way the whole app keeps working; only the AI answers stop at the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Where you bought it decides who refunds it. Bought in the app, refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com — the payment never reaches us. Bought here, write to support@cathedra.study within 14 days and you get all of it back, for any reason or none.
